How long will it take to ship my order?

U.S. Shipping Times:
SmartPost* 8 - 10 business days
FedEx Home Delivery 6 - 7 business days
FedEx Two Day 3 - 4 business days
FedEx Standard Overnight 2 - 3 business days
Canada Shipping Times:
*Orders shipping to Canada must have a physical shipping address. FedEx International will not ship to a Canadian PO Box.
FedEx International Ground 3 - 9 business days
FedEx Economy International 3 - 7 business days
FedEx Priority International 2 - 5 business days
PLEASE NOTE:
SmartPost: Orders shipping via SmartPost will start the shipping process via FedEx and will be assigned a tracking number. The order can be tracked until it arrives at your local post office. After it arrives at the post office, it will ship USPS and is no longer trackable. At this time, this option is only available in the contiguous US.
Lids: Orders containing only replacement lids and/or cleaning brushes will ship via USPS and will be delivered in 7 - 10 business days. Because they are shipped USPS, you will not receive a tracking number for purchases containing only lids and/or cleaning brushes.

How will I know when my order ships? Will I receive a tracking number?

You will receive an email from FedEx confirming shipment of your order and containing your tracking number within 2 - 3 business days after placing your order. If you select the SmartPost option, you will only be able to track the package to your local post office. From there, the package is sent USPS and can no longer be tracked via FedEx. Also, please note that you will not receive a shipment notification email or tracking number for orders containing only replacement lids and/or cleaning brushes. Orders containing only replacement lids and/or cleaning brushes are sent via USPS.

How much will the shipping cost on my order?

Shipping via SmartPost in the contiguous US is a flat $4.99 unless you spend $35 or more and it's free! Please note, if you are ordering in bulk (orders over $150), then standard shipping rates apply. If you are looking for next day or any other accelerated shipping method, and if you are in Canada then the costs are pulled directly from FedEx when you enter your shipping address during check out. We cannot provide exact shipping costs because they are based on your shipping zip code and current FedEx rates, which fluctuate.
