Do you have any tips for screwing my lid on tightly?
  • Tip for Screwing on Lids Easily and Safely:
  • 1. Place lid on top of mug.
  • 2. Apply slight downward pressure and rotate counter clockwise until you hear a click and lid falls into place.
  • 3. Proceed to rotate clockwise to tighten down
  • 4. Make sure you do not over tighten the lid. The Avex logo on the bottle should line up with the AUTOSEAL or AUTOSPOUT button on the lid.
I don't see the replacement part I need on your website. Where can I find other replacement parts?
  • Our website is currently the only place to buy replacement lids. If you don't see your lid, feel free to email us or give us a ring at 1-877-845-2872 and we will try to help you find what you are looking for!
Why is the processing being delayed on my order?
  • We’re getting a serious systems upgrade so you’ll have a better shopping experience on our website. Unfortunately, that will cause a slight processing delay on all orders. It could take 7-14 days to process your order, followed by about 8-10 days to ship your order. We apologize for any inconvenience, and if we can get your order out any sooner through carrier pigeons or hiring Santa’s elves during their off-season, we will make every effort to try.
How will I know when my order ships? Will I receive a tracking number?
  • You will receive an email from Avex confirming shipment of your order and within 2 - 3 business days you will get a second email with your FedEx tracking number. If you select the FedEx SmartPost option, you will only be able to track the package to your local post office. From there, the package is sent USPS and can no longer be tracked via FedEx.
How much will the shipping cost on my order?
  • Shipping via FedEx SmartPost in the contiguous US is a flat $4.99 unless you spend $35 or more and it's free! If you are looking for next day or any other accelerated shipping method, and if you are in Canada then we recommend you go to the shopping cart page and enter your shipping address to get an estimate.

What are your water bottles made out of?
  • Most of our water bottles are made out of BPA free and FDA approved Tritan which is more durable than a traditional plastic. But for confirmation, please go to the features/specs tab on the product detail page to confirm the material.
What is a double wall plastic construction?
  • Double-wall construction means that the water bottle or travel mug body features both an inner wall and an outer wall. This style of construction helps retain the beverage’s temperature and reduces sweating and condensation.
What is a vacuum insulation construction?
  • Vacuum insulation means that the travel mug or water bottle features both inner and outer walls made of stainless steel, and that the air between those walls is removed to create a highly-insulated barrier. This form of insulation delivers the best hot or cold retention possible and also prevents condensation and sweating.
